Passion. Experience. Diligence.

Bronwyn has a profound appreciation for properties as more than assets - they are spaces where people live, work, and build communities. From an early age, she accompanied her father, a prolific house builder and business leader, on construction sites. These formative experiences instilled in her an appreciation of property's power to uplift people and communities. It also sparked a passion for imaginative deal structuring that balances financial returns with social outcomes.

After completing her BComm and working in advertising, Bronwyn was drawn to apply her creative thinking and business skills in the property sector. She started as a private banker at Investec assisting entrepreneurs leverage their commercial assets to fund growth. Seeing firsthand how thoughtful financing solutions could fuel transformation, Bronwyn was inspired to play a greater role in enabling positive property investments.

She soon joined the rapidly expanding Zenprop Property Fund as Finance Manager. Tasked with overseeing funding for Zenprop’s acquisitions and developments, structuring optimal tax treatment, and implementing management strategy - Bronwyn honed her ability to align complex stakeholder priorities to shared goals. Her proactive solutions and holistic perspective cemented her as a trusted advisor able to balance financial engineering with community-centric outcomes.

Eager to expand her impact, Bronwyn moved to Investec Capital Markets arranging high-value property buyouts – including the landmark ZAR 7 billion purchase of Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront by international developers Dubai World and London & Regional. Very few South African executives had engineered deals of this scale and complexity - but by building rapport across investor groups and maintaining sensitivity to implementation timelines, Bronwyn helped ensure the transaction was timeously closed in order to secure its success and financial returns.

Her discretion and integrity throughout such high-profile ventures earned Bronwyn senior leadership roles guiding the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront's continued evolution – first as Head of Corporate Finance at Dubai World Africa and then as trusted advisor on its ZAR 9.7 billion sale to partners Growthpoint Properties and the Public Investment Corporation.

Bronwyn has also held key advisory, board and consultancy roles empowering leading property funds’ expansion. As an Ascension Properties board member and then advisor to entrepreneur Shaun Rai, she enabled growth-enhancing transactions transforming Stonehill’s portfolio into a R1 billion fund comprising urban land assemblies, a prime Cape Town luxury estate, and mixed-use conversions - including the landmark R1 billion Triangle House redevelopment.

After decades of facilitating win-win property investments that responsibly transform neighbourhoods as much as balance sheets, Bronwyn’s commitment to collaborative dealmaking that reflects a community-building spirit endures. She firmly believes property finance should ultimately be about people and enabling their dreams.
